Return Policy
Heerdesign.in offers a simple and easy return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 48 hours of delivery.
Important Points:
- Order Acceptance: Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery. All items are sent with a RETURN tag.
- Unused and Unwashed: All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without Return tags will not be accepted.
- Return Approval: After we approve the return pick-up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 2-3 business days (excluding Sunday).
- Refund Process: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount back to you within 5-7 working days. (Heer Design will not be responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banks, calamities, or national holidays).
Return Requirements:
Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:
1. Unused and Unwashed: The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
2. Original Packaging and Tags: The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
3. Return Request Timing: The return request should be placed within 48 hours from the delivery date.
4. Damaged/Defective Items: In case you receive a damaged/defective item, Heer Design should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share snapshots at heerdesign.cc@gmail.com.
5. Self-Shipping: If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 24-48 working hours from the date of receiving the items.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
The Return / Exchange Process:
This Return Policy applies to all items purchased directly from heerdesign.in (with the exception of personalized items, discounted items, and gifts, unless there is a product defect). The policy is subject to change. Hence, please visit our website heerdesign.in for the latest policy.
1. Click images of the package and product with the tag visible.
2. Mail us the images and your reason for return at heerdesign.cc@gmail.com.
3. After approving your return, we’ll initiate the pickup.
4. After receiving the items, the refund process will start after a quality check.
